Restoring factory defaults to an HTek phone with lost admin password

If the default admin password ("admin") has been changed and you don't know what it is, this is the procedure to apply factory default:
With the phone on-hook, press the menu softkey, then press the  * (star) key 3 times, then hold the X key down for 10 seconds.  This will initiate a reboot and factory default.
