In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilize a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required.

Berfore calling, you will need a support ticket opened. Using the same email address will provide you with a faster response to your service request. Only those customers with a supported PBX may use the support system.

Open A New Ticket

Please provide as much detail as possible so we can best assist you. To update a previously submitted ticket, please use the form to the right. Networking issues outside of the PBX are billed at the normal billing rate. Tickets without a valid Box number will be rejected!

Check Ticket Status/Login

We provide archives and history of all your support requests complete with responses. Login to create a new ticket also!

You should enter new tickets by logging in with your email address and a ticket number. If this is your first time entering a ticket, you will be assigned a ticket number. In some cases your response may be a new knowledge base article. Your tickets will be stored by your email address.
